One of the main faces of All Clear Enterprises is our Moving Department. We have built our service on the foundation that time is money and we don't want to waste either. Our Professional Movers show up on time, prepared, and eager to complete your move as promised and quoted. All Clear provides professional services to customers in DC, Maryland (Charles County, Howard County, Montgomery County, & Prince George's County) and Virginia (Arlington & Alexandria).
All Clear is dedicated to providing services that meet all price points, no matter how big or small. Should you have your own truck and just need help loading and unloading, we have a crew for that. Pricing depends on crew size and estimated time of your move. Customers are responsible fore driving and providing their own moving equipment, however, should we have equipment that is not being used on other jobs we will be more than happy to bring it.
We get it, you don't want to lift a finger. All Clear Enterprises also offers full service moving packages enabling you to sit back and relax while we professionally load, drive to your new home, and unload as directed. Pricing is hourly, based on crew size, and includes basic liability insurance. We also bring tools necessary to take down furniture and put them back together to avoid damaging the furniture or your home.
The Initial Deposit (equal to 1 hour of service as outlined in your quote) is non-refundable and required to reserve services with All Clear Moving and Storage. When you reserve a move date, we commit resources such as drivers, vans, and materials specifically to you. Our strict control over scheduling and employee attendance policy is what has prevented us from ever missing a move. The non-refundable deposit is a mutual guarantee that we will arrive on time and ready to work. If your move date(s) change, we simply apply your deposit to the new date and time provided with the same guarantee.
We do, however, understand that circumstances arise which may prevent you from moving as scheduled. Should you need to cancel for unforeseen reasons, the deposit will be forfeit and must be re-paid if/when your move is rescheduled. No Exceptions to this policy is given as we have commitments to our employees based on the reservations made.
